Cornelius Winter is Principal Partner, Executive Chairman and shareholder of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice and a co-partner of the Hirschen Group. He advises executive boards, management teams and political institutions on strategic communication, public affairs and reputation issues – particularly in times of high political, regulatory or social uncertainty.

His focus is on the strategic positioning of organisations and leaders in politicised markets, providing support in crisis and change situations, and representing interests at the interface between business, politics and society. For over two decades, he has been helping organisations to gain orientation, remain capable of acting and build trust – even and especially under public pressure.

Cornelius Winter regularly appears in the media as a discussion partner and as a speaker and moderator at specialist and management events on issues of political communication and social transformation.

Before founding 365 Sherpas, he held senior positions at international communications consultancies in Berlin, Frankfurt and Brussels. Prior to that, he worked for members of the German Bundestag and the European Parliament, as well as in political journalism. These experiences have shaped his deep understanding of political decision-making processes, institutional logic and media dynamics.

Cornelius Winter is co-founder of the German Association for Political Consulting (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Politikberatung e.V.) and is committed to professional, transparent and value-based representation of interests.
