Lea Herzog is Director at the 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice Berlin office.

She mainly works in the areas of energy and climate policy, providing strategic guidance to institutions and companies in the commerce and energy sectors.

Before joining 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in January 2017 Lea was a trainee at the Jan Strecker & Kollegen communication agency. Prior to that she gained her first practical experience in political communication at Johanssen + Kretschmer Strategische Kommunikation and at the bne Association of Energy Market Innovators. She also completed an internship at the German Bundestag and held a student employee position in the public affairs team at transmission system operator 50Hertz, where she predominantly worked in the areas of energy management and European electricity network regulation.

Lea read political science at the Technical University of Chemnitz, graduating with a bachelor’s degree. Her major subjects were comparative governments and international politics and she wrote her dissertation on “A comparison of lobbyism regulation in Germany and the USA”. Lea speaks German and English.
