Franziska Osmankovic is Manager of People & Organisation at 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice, together with Roxana Leps. Her main focus is on people development and recruiting.

Previously, as Business Manager, she coordinated the project controlling of 365 Sherpas, took on project and contract management tasks within the scope of individual client mandates as well as for selected strategic development fields.

Prior to joining 365 Sherpas in June 2020, Franziska Osmankovic worked as an account controller at Zum goldenen Hirschen, where she was responsible for various Hirschen Group locations.

Franziska Osmankovic started her professional career as Campaigning Manager at Zum goldenen Hirschen and looked after several client mandates from the fields of politics, consumer goods, NGO and trade fairs/trade. She then took on the position of Team Leader Marketing at a Berlin-based electricity provider. From 2011, she worked as a consultant and budget director at Super an der Spree and Super J+K. Among other things, she looked after clients from the NGO sector, was responsible for the 2013 federal election campaign for the SPD party executive committee and managed the state election campaign for the SPD in Lower Saxony.

Franziska Osmankovic trained as an advertising manager and studied business administration at the HTW Berlin. She speaks German and English.
