Torben Furkert is a Senior Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in January 2023, Torben Furkert worked in PR consulting at Scholz & Friends Agenda in Berlin for around four years. His focus there was on political communication for ministries and associations. Before that, he worked for the communications agency ORCA Affairs and supported projects of political and cultural institutions in project and event management.

Torben Furkert studied political science and political communication in Hamburg, Växjö (Sweden) and Landau i.d. Pfalz. Between his studies, he worked for UMPR in Hamburg on various projects in the fields of product and brand communication as well as CSR reporting.

Torben Furkert speaks fluent German and English.
