Carolina Philipps is a Senior Associate in the Berlin team of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining 365 Sherpas in June 2023, she worked as a consultant at Instinctif & Partners and the public affairs agency for Social Change seebohm.berlin. There she managed various (international) projects with different topics such as development cooperation, sustainability, protection of children from sexualised violence and (global) health policy. Other topics close to her heart include gender justice, Europe and strengthening democracy.

Carolina Philipps studied communication management and journalism in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. She dedicated her final theses to the topics of local election campaigns and journalistic storytelling. After her studies, she had the opportunity to work as a trainee in the European Parliament during the European elections in 2019.
