As Director People & Organisation, Roxana Leps is responsible for human relations at the two locations of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Her area of responsibility includes all strategic and operational processes as well as the management of administrative HR processes. Together with Franziska Osmankovic, she is the first point of contact for colleagues and is responsible for looking after them in all personnel-related matters.

Before joining 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in April 2017, Roxana Leps was Office Manager of a media technology company in Cologne. Before that, she was the office manager of a law firm specialising in labour law for several years and completed a part-time degree in business administration during this time.

Roxana Leps speaks German, English and Russian.
