Maxi Köhler is an Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Previously, she worked as a research assistant for a member of the German Bundestag, where she focussed on topics related to feminist urban planning and Europe. In addition to her Bachelor’s degree, Maxi Köhler worked as a student assistant in other Bundestag offices and as a team leader for political education. She was involved in the Afghan Women’s Association and as a youth ambassador for the development policy lobby and campaign organisation ONE. Maxi Köhler also worked as an intern at 365 Sherpas from October to December 2021.

Maxi Köhler studied political science and sociology at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and wrote her thesis on gender-based violence as a weapon of war. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Political Science and Management in a distance learning programme at the Euro FH.

Maxi Köhler is fluent in German, English and French and has a basic knowledge of Latin.
