Henrik Greve has been a Director in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice since August 2023.

He advises clients across sectors on strategic positioning and advocacy in Germany, particularly in the areas of digital, energy and mobility policy. He is very passionate about the tech sector and clients challenging established competitors with new business models in largely unregulated areas.

Overall, Henrik Greve has been working in the political environment for more than nine years, first as a member of staff in the European Parliament and German Bundestag, and for now more than 5 years as a consultant for public affairs and corporate communications in agencies. During this time, he gained extensive experience in the development and implementation of communication, advocacy and lobbying strategies for companies, trade associations and political institutions and was able to build up a broad political network, which he uses to represent his clients’ interests in the political arena.

In addition to his professional activities, Henrik Greve has been involved in international student and youth exchanges for almost 20 years, most recently as a member of the board of the German Youth For Understanding Komitee e.V..

Henrik Greve studied Political Science, International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies and speaks German and English. He has basic knowledge of Spanish and Dutch.
