Maximilian Kosing is a Associate Director in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

He has been advising companies, associations and organisations in the areas of stakeholder communication, interest representation and strategic outreach for several years – with a particular focus on health and agricultural policy. He supports his clients in positioning themselves in complex political processes, identifying relevant stakeholders and addressing them in a targeted manner.

In addition to his work at 365 Sherpas, Maximilian Kosing has been involved in party politics at local and state level for many years. Thanks to his many years of political work, he has a resilient, cross-factional and cross-party network that feeds into his consulting perspective.

Maximilian Kosing studied political science at university and is fluent in German and English.
