Before joining 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in April 2020, Lisa Sympher worked for the agency Ecker & Partner – public relations and public affairs in Vienna during her studies. She got to know the European policy perspective at stations in the Bayerische Landesvertretung and the Europavertretung der Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Brussels.

Lisa Sympher completed her master’s degree in political and administrative science in Konstanz. In her focus on comparative political science and policy analysis, she primarily dealt with the policy fields of public health and the environment. Lisa Sympher wrote her thesis on the causal explanation of serious government failure. Previously, she completed a Bachelor in European Studies with a focus on political theory from the University of Passau.
