From start-up entrepreneur to chief digital officer of one of the world’s largest agency networks: As co-founder of Germany’s first social media consultancy, TLGG, Christoph Bornschein advises companies and organizations on the strategic use of digital technologies and enriches conferences and specialist articles as a sought-after speaker and author. Well-founded and opinionated, Christoph is an active and practical driver of the digital economy and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2021.

His expertise covers topics such as energy transition, fintech, future work, European competitiveness, and (digital) single market integration. Christoph Bornschein holds several board positions, such as the supervisory board of Talentsconnect AG, Element AG and the advisory boards of Banxware and KubikX.

After 15 years as TLGG’s CEO, he moved to the role of Chairman in June 2023 and was synchronously appointed Omnicom’s President of Digital Strategy, Business Development & Growth in Germany.
