Patricia Asare is an associate at the 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice Berlin office.

Her areas of specialisation are digitalisation, digital policy and the regulation of the digital economy, and she is also strategic advisor to institutions and companies in the public and financial sectors.

She gained initial political consultancy experience at dicomm advisors GmbH, as a member of the editorial team at the “Internationale Politik” magazine, which is published by the German Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin, and at the State of Baden-Württemberg’s Representative Office in Brussels before joining 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in August 2018.

Patricia gained her master’s degree in international politics and international law from Kiel University. During the degree programme she particularly focused on legal aspects of the international political economy and the social responsibility of trans-national organisations in a globalised world. Before taking her master’s degree Patricia gained a bachelor’s degree in European studies with European law and European integration from Passau University. During a semester spent abroad in California she examined the significance of Europe in US foreign policy. Patricia speaks German, English, Spanish and French and does voluntary work in the field of human rights.
