Cornelia Göbel is managing partner at the 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice Berlin office.

She joined 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice in 2014 and is advisor to institutions, companies and associations. Cornelia specialises in strategic communications consulting, the development and implementation of cross-media campaigns and activities, and in strategic content positioning in the public sector, as well as the commerce, mobility and consumer goods sectors.

Cornelia embarked on her career as a European affairs consultant at PLATO Kommunikation (Scholz & Friends Group) in 2002. In 2003 she moved to Ketchum Pleon as a communication consultant, catering to public sector, IT and finance clients, as well as clients in other industries. She was promoted to business director in 2008 with responsibility for public sector, corporate, foundation and association client projects, and the management of several client teams.

Cornelia studied modern German literature, political science, journalism and communication at the Free University of Berlin. During her undergraduate years she gained her first professional experience at companies such as Hill + Knowlton Strategies in New York. She speaks German, English and basic French.
