Cornelia Göbel, born in 1974 in Bielefeld, studied modern German literature, political science, journalism and communication science at the Free University Berlin. During her studies, Cornelia gained important practical experience in the areas of public relations as well as national and international campaign organisation and implementation.

In 2002, Cornelia started out her professional career at PLATO Kommunikation (Scholz & Friends Group) as a consultant for Europe issues. In 2003 she moved to Ketchum Pleon (then ECC Kohtes Klewes) as a communications consultant. At Ketchum Pleon she was in charge of customer service and support, particularly for clients in the public, IT and financial sectors. She was project manager for the ‘Success Factor Family’ business competition that was run by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the regional marketing campaign for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania during the G8 summit in Heiligendamm in 2007. From 2008 onwards, Cornelia was business director at Ketchum Pleon, heading a team of consultants to clients in the public, mobility, logistics and food sectors, as well as foundations and associations.

Cornelia is an expert in strategic consulting, cross-media campaign concept development, planning and implementation, and content marketing.

She has been supporting the senior team at 365 Sherpas since November 2014 and is currently managing director.
