Christine Lüders is Senior Advisor for 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs and Policy Advice and a member of our Advisory Council.
She is an expert for diversity strategies as well as for topics and policies in the areas of anti-discrimination and sexual harassment. From 2010 to 2018, she was Head of the German Federal Antidiscrimination Agency. Before Christine Lüders start with the Agency, she was a spokeswoman for various ministries and also worked for Armin Laschet, the current Minister President of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Prior to her career in administration, she worked in the private sector for more than 17 years, including her time as a board spokesperson and department head at Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
