Pauline Tiede is an Associate in the Berlin team of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining the team in May 2025, Pauline Tiede worked for the Offshore Wind Energy Foundation, where she focused on the topic of green hydrogen. She also has experience in community management and citizen dialog from her work at the German Green Party (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen). Previously, she worked in a pilot project of DIHK Service GmbH on the topic of skilled labor immigration and was previously employed at a management consultancy in the field of public affairs & government relations.

Pauline Tiede holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Leipzig. During her studies, she spent time abroad at the Universidade NOVA in Lisbon. In her Master’s thesis, she investigated the effects of the amended German legislation in the field of building energy on energy-poor households. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science – Governance and Public Policy at the University of Passau.

Pauline speaks German and English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
