Nathalie Sönksen Perna is an Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining the team in 2025, she worked in the communications department of Barclays Consumer Bank Europe, where she focused on internal, change and transformation communication.

Earlier in her career, she gained experience in innovation management at tesa SE, in design consulting at Design for Human Nature GmbH, and in product marketing at Signify GmbH.

Nathalie Sönksen Perna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Engineering from Leuphana University Lüneburg and studied abroad at Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. She speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.
