Nadine Meliß is Director at 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Nadine Meliß has more than twenty years of experience in the field of corporate affairs and has advised numerous companies and organizations – particularly in the technology and innovation environment – on issues of communication strategy, strategic positioning and crisis and transformation processes. Her focus is on the communicative support of complex change situations and the strategic positioning of leaders.

Before joining 365 Sherpas, Nadine Meliß held management positions at APCO Worldwide, most recently as Managing Director of the subsidiary Trilligent. Prior to that, she worked in various communications consultancies and agencies as well as in the German Bundestag.

In addition to her work at 365 Sherpas, Nadine Meliß is also active as an executive coach for managers. In this role, she supports decision-makers in personal positioning processes, in phases of change and in developing leadership skills.

Nadine Meliß is a trained systemic coach, certified AI manager and is involved in various professional networks. She studied political science in Rostock, Murcia (Spain) and Berlin. She speaks German, English and Spanish.
