Leah Moll is an Associate in the Berlin team of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining 365 Sherpas in July 2025, Leah gained several years of experience in strategic consulting at two Berlin-based communications agencies, where she advised universities, tech companies and venture capital firms – both in the B2B and B2C sectors.

Prior to that, she worked for two years as a student trainee in corporate communications at Zeitverlag in Hamburg and Berlin, where she supported projects in both internal and external communications. Leah studied Communication and Media Studies at the University of Leipzig and then completed a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication Studies at the Free University of Berlin. In her thesis, she dealt with the political communication of German companies in Russia in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Leah is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
