Lea Willger is an Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Before joining 365 Sherpas, she worked at Boehringer Ingelheim’s Public and Government Affairs office in Berlin, focusing on healthcare policy issues and strategic stakeholder communication. Furthermore, she gained experience in data-driven communications consulting at FGS Global. Her previous experience in public opinion research and journalism provides her with a profound understanding of public discourse and media dynamics.

Lea Willger holds a Master’s degree in Media and Political Communication from Freie Universität Berlin and the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Her master’s thesis analyzed health communication in social media. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations at Westfälische Hochschule. She is fluent in German and English and has a good command of Spanish.
