Kristine Lütke is Senior Advisor Health at 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

She brings her extensive expertise in the healthcare sector and her broad knowledge of political processes to 365 Sherpas’ strategic advice. Her focus is on supporting clients from the healthcare sector in matters of political communication, strategic positioning and advocacy.

From 2021 to 2025, Kristine Lütke was a member of the German Bundestag for the FDP. During this time, she was Chairwoman of the FDP in the Health Committee and Chairwoman of the Health Working Group of the FDP parliamentary group. Through these roles, she gained in-depth experience in parliamentary processes, a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare policy stakeholder landscape and detailed knowledge of the regulatory framework in the healthcare sector.

Kristine Lütke’s work at 365 Sherpas builds on her many years of professional experience in the health and social care sector. A graduate in gerontology and social education, she is also the managing partner of a care facility in Bavaria.
