Esther Wollenhaupt has been working as an Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice since June 2025.

Before joining 365 Sherpas, Esther Wollenhaupt most recently worked as a public affairs officer at the Vereinigung Sportsponsoring-Anbieter e.V. in Berlin. During her studies, she gained experience in the field of political communication and advocacy in the public affairs department at Volkswagen and a strategic communications consultancy in Düsseldorf.

Esther began her studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences at the Technical University in Braunschweig and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Political Communication at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. As part of her Master’s degree, she focused intensively on the mechanisms and processes of political interest representation. In her Master’s thesis, she examined the significance of media work for the representation of interests in transport policy.
