Anes Nekroumi is an Associate in the Berlin office of 365 Sherpas – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Prior to joining 365 Sherpas, Anes Nekroumi served as a Blue Book Trainee in the Directorate-General for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at the European Commission. Among his responsibilities there, he worked in the energy section, focusing on international energy cooperation with MENA countries, particularly in the field of renewable energies.

Previously, Anes Nekroumi gained professional experience at a renewable energy company, with a focus on regulatory and policy issues.

He completed his Master’s studies in Political Science, specializing in Public Policy and International Relations at the Universität Passau and Andrássy Universität Budapest. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies at Freie Universität Berlin.

Anes Nekroumi speaks German, Arabic, English, and French, and has basic knowledge of Persian, Turkish, and Italian.
